KTR has built a fully enclosed dyno cell for maximum ventilation and safety.

The dyno cell utilizes two 3 foot exhaust fans mounted in the wall behind the vehicle to evacuate exhaust gases and draw air through the dyno cell. A 3 1/2 foot Dayton fan in front of the car draws air into the cell and over the vehicle's front end. The dyno cell moves approximately 32,000 cfm.

Two smaller fans are utilized to direct air flow for intercoolers and intake ducts.

To allow the vehicle's owner and spectators to safely experience their vehicle on the dynamometer, the dyno cell is equipped with two large windows and a second display monitor.
